Professions

Addiction Professionals

Precertification/Licensure

  • 270 hours from a NAADAC approved provider

Courses like those from AllCEUs are acceptable.     AllCEUs is an approved education provider for         NAADAC.

Continuing Education

Required Hours: 40

Online courses like those from AllCEUs are acceptable.  AllCEUs is an approved education provider NAADAC .

 

Mental Health Counselors

Accepted Approvals: None

Required Hours: 40

Limits to Online: None noted

 

Marriage and Family Therapists

Accepted Approvals:  None

Required Hours: 30

Limits to Online: None noted

 

 

Psychologists and Limited License Psychologists

Required Hours: 60

Accepted Approvals:  Per rules 8.3 and 8.4 it is licensee discretion.

 

Social Workers

Accepted Approvals:  Our courses are approved by the Florida Board of Social Work

  • 6.8 (b) seminars, courses, conferences, or workshops sponsored or approved by official national, regional, or state social work professional organizations or state boards

Required Hours: LICSW: 20 Hours ; LMSW: 10 Hours

Limits to Online: LICSW, 15 hours must be formal education.  LMSW 10 hours must be formal education

Per the rule, our live webinars each Wednesday count as formal education.

  • 6.5 Formal educational activities may include but are not be limited to:(1) Conferences, workshops, seminars, academic courses, webinars or other formats that allow for a live exchange among participants
